Refund policy

All items from My Legacy Creations are made to order.

Because each piece is created specifically for you — including size, garment color, thread color, and applique selections — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or preference changes after an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and make it right.

My Legacy Creations is not responsible for:

• Incorrect size selected at checkout

• Shipping delays caused by the carrier

• Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
